I'm sorry.

It's been too two to long. But things are getting better and slowly getting there. I just wanted to share some local music things. This my friends' band named Gils. These guys sing like angels. Shot and recorded at Black Pyramid Recording. Listen to these.

This is What I'm Learning

I know, I know. Pretty typical. My roommate, Miss Julianne, brought her banjo home one day and I wanted to teach myself to play. Slowly, I'm learning. Baby calluses are beginning to form.

Musical Coincidence

Sometimes I feel my iPod knows my mood when I shuffle. Today especially. At about the three minute mark, these lyrics seem to match my situations almost perfectly.



I am not much of a Bright Eyes fan. But I like this one.

I love these songs. Hated the movie. BUT I still loved the soundtrack.

Growing

This song cover is growing on me. Rachelle showed this to me on the way home from hiking. Maybe the fact that it is the song itself that I love so deeply, and so it's almost mandatory to like this cover.

I forgot to mention that Beirut came to Utah the last month. I never thought Zach would have come to visit and was thrilled when I found out that he was. The concert was part of the Twilight Concert Series [free], which wouldn't have matter either way.. Nonetheless, it was absolutely wonderful and taking the Number One spot on my list.

I love love love this song. Sometimes I want to cry because of it. But that is not a bad thing.

This song gives me chills every time. The vocals in this are unreal to me. I wish with all my heart I could sing or perform nearly as well as this [or any artist for that matter].

Jordan is a huge fan of Pink Floyd. Therefore we would listen to them together. I have listened to the previously, but lately I have come to enjoy them even more. During the summer, I decided to surprise Jordan with tickets to Australian Pink Floyd. [I know, probably the best girlfriend in the world.] It was really really good. Probably one of my favorites. The music was.. Magic.

Something I've Noticed.
